Dilber ne kaha aik roz dilruba se
kabhi milo tum mujhey is adda se

nazar aaey esse rukh-e-zeba tera
chand nikalta hey jesse kali ghata se

kab tak tarsoon mein deed ko teri
kar lo toba ab tu tum bhi jafaa se

mana keh sharam hey hayaa ka taqaza
esse tu nah imtehan lo mujh se sharma ke

churra ke daman kahan tak jaogey tum
maang liya hey meine tumko apne Khuda se

waqt ne kar diya tum ko mujhse door
rahoon ga ik roz sab fasle mein mita ke

seiaha andheri raat mein sochta hoon kash
tum bhi aa jao ab sharm-0-haya bhula ke

chat pe makan ki apne muntazir hey tera dilber
aao mil bethein aaj tu hum chupp chuppa ke
